why is visd recounting the votes???? are they trained and certified in voter election issues?!?! our elected voter admin. should have done it that night and the next day.
does bennie have enough fingers???
then if the challenger didn't outright surpass the incumbent then the incumbent should retain thier seat.
we need open record request on this....
