Ok, if that is the thing, then I understand now.
Another question...is there a reason that money should be in the article about a tie? Is the fact that one who has received more money than the other have anything to do with them might having to "toss a coin" or have another vote? Shouldn't that be something said before the vote or better yet, kept for after?
Also, why does it cost that much for a re-vote? Where does this money go? Isn't it all computerized now?
(no I did not make it to vote this time, VISD does not need my vote, they won't even homeschool a child that can not go to school because of a sickness, so they don't need my opinion)
