The way I see it, there are three types of ILLEGAL immigrants.
1) Criminals, You basic thugs and drugs type, your coyotes and other human traffickers.
2) Seasonal Migrant workers, Not here to take part in the American Dream or to better America, they are here only to leach away jobs, money, and subsidies.
3) Those who DO WANT the American dream, who want to be Americans.
the First two groups don't give a damn about our country or our laws, they are here only for what they can TAKE.
the third group though, why do they risk so much to get here, knowing that by doing it Illegally they risk losing everything and NOT getting that American Dream?
Why do they not get VISA's like they are supposed to?
Why?
Simple Answer... they CANT
They would if they could, but the laws and the process are so convoluted, so complex and yes.. expensive.
It pretty much precludes the impoverished groups who want to come here to make a better life from getting here (legally that is)...
