Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I agree with you to the point that the Constitution (yes, I DO remember that document) provides that Congress has the power to DECLARE war.  However, the Constitution also makes the President Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces.  He doesn't need Congressional authority to send troops into combat situations.  Congress has the power to withhold funds, thus forcing the end of the conflict, but the President does indeed have the authority to put the country into a war without a Congressional declaration. Your fourth bullet point asks if anyone remembers the Constitution.  I assume you want things done according to the greatest document ever writen by the hand of man.  Then, in your sixth bullet point, you want to bring back public stocks, a violation of the Constitutional ban on cruel and unusual punishment.  Which way do you want it?  I am in agreement with you in your outrage at radical muslims being welcomed at American universities.  I...
