True to form, Keeling just removed both of my comments. So let me restate:
I will NEVER support Keeling! THANK GOD for the "power" of Mr. Klimist. He is an educated business professional. The board was presented the totals and asked to to just blanket approve starting the elementary schools without any presentation or explanation. Klimist had the knowledge to ask how, if VISD is over budget to this point, were they going to ensure the high schools are built if they are so over budget on the bond money. Where was the plan to ensure there would be enough money to build the high schools. There was no planprepared to present. Keeling and Svetlik wanted to just pass it and figure out how to get the money later. That is not good business. Klimist, De Los Santos, Smith and Murphy agreed .
