The police have seen them, but will not help them. The gentleman who found them is going out to check, feed and water them 2 to 3 times a day. But he can't afford to keep doing this. Bringing this situation here, we hope to get some help from someone or agency who can. They need to get a long term solution to their situation ASAP. The SPCA on-line was given a close address, but nothing has been done yet.
