This whole Joe Horn thing is unbelievable!! The man shot two people -- in the back -- as they were running away from his neighbor's house. The 911 operator had told him numerous times to NOT go outside, NOT to shoot anyone, NOT to get involved. But he did it anyway. It was like one of those ... "Here, hold my beer and watch this" moments we hear about. Joe Horn was not in any danger, he was not being threatened. It just blows my mind that he was not indicted!!! Wow!!! I mean, he shot them IN THE BACK as they were running away. What makes this okay?
