I see George W. Bush is using the same old talking points in reference to the hard months coming up in Afghanistan, "It’s because we are taking the fight to the enemy."…No, it's because we squandered our resources in Iraq, now we don't have the troops necessary to sustain the rise of the Taliban.
The president really made me angry the other day, when he took credit for G.I. bill he and John McCain opposed, because it would supposedly hinder recruitment. The credit belongs to Jim Webb (the author) 55 cosponsors in the Senate and the 300 who voted for it in the house.
