If you've lived in Victoria all your life...then that's how long this has been going on....there are sooo many top officials that are dirty and on the take...it's not even funny....they are supposed to uphold the law...yet they don't even abide by it themselves....they get into law and top spots in the city in order to get what they want...they couldnt care less about the citizens here or what they're really supposed to be doing.....so whoever is in the dark about this....wake up!!!!!!!! cuz things aint never gonna change in Victoria and they certainly aint gonna do it for the people who put them in office......haha get real people....they're already up there.....u cant possibly think that we the people can do anything about this.....bottom line is .............deal with it.......that's the beauty of good ole Victoria............sorry but that's the truth....
