I know he was up for re-election to the 144th. That website is now down. So he may not be on the 144th at the courthouse anymore....that may be why he is a circuit judge. He is in this region. Was not here for the first of this...how was he selected for this nasty mess anyway? The advocate probably has it in archive stories from October or so. Oh well.
