I spent my first two years in high school in upstate New York, my junior year near Los Angles, graduated from Springbranch Senior High School in Houston, and joined the Marine Corps . I finally went to college at the age of 28 and picked up a bachelors’ degree up north and did my graduate work at the University of Miami in Florida.
