About kellirhea
As a woman in her early 30's, Kelli Rhea is riding the increasingly unpredictable and sometimes out-of-order roller coaster that is her life. When her roller coaster isn't closed for repairs, she spends her most of her time reading, watching NASCAR, and making earnest attempts to improve herself, both physically and intellectually.
Kelli Rhea, who is from Dallas, is no stranger to the social aspect of online communication. In fact, she met her husband online in 1995. She has been blogging since 2004, and in 2005 she embarked on her most promising and reflective blogging adventure yet, right here at the Victoria Advocate. "Quixotic Quicksand" is a phrase that defines the dichotomy of Kelli Rhea's essence. She is one part idealist--a hopeless romantic. She is also one part realist--she feels that the time to pursue her dreams is NOW. She is currently studying for a master's degree in creative writing from the University of Denver. Because she is a lifelong learner, it is fitting that she works in the field of continuing medical education as a copy editor and proofreader. Follow along as she keeps her head in the clouds and herfeet out of the muck.
