Now here's a fine example of the asinine lies that are foisted off onto the American people by uncaring officials. If the substance being cleaned up is an unknown substance, how can anyone stand there with a straight face and state that it poses no threat to health or the environment? Furthermore, how can Alcoa state that it isn't any substance used in their plant if it hasn't been identified?
Just one more case of the kind of coverup where it is determined that they can tell the public anything, because everyone who is going to investigate anything is already in their pocket.
