The Sandalphon Study Club met on October 18, 2007 at the home of Laura Stehling. Michelle Anderle, President, presiding. All members were hostesses for the guest meeting and silent auction.A silent auction was the program for the month. The proceeds from the auction will go to provide for an adopted family for Christmas.
The club had a total of 13 guests attend. The Departmental report was on "The Arts" and Glenda Nickle provided the presentation with a fun game on naming art work.
The service project was "Trick or Treat for Preemies", with donations of preemie items. The donations will go to the South Texas Assessment and Referral Services(S.T.A.R.S). Cheryl Marthiljohni was the chair person for the month.
Upcoming events for November will be a cooking class social at the Cooking Depot in Cuero. The regular meeting will be on November 15, 2007 at the home of Cris Groenhuyzen.
