Kenneth,
Thank you for your continuing efforts watching our backs. I applaud the efforts of yourself, Bill, and the folks of Water Research Group. I must say I was skeptical of the "conspiracy theory" allegations, at first. After paying closer attention to local goings-on, I have seen that a LOT of activities occur due to apathy. It seems the citizens of Victoria aren't paying attention to what is going on around them. Maybe this is our local example of a state/nation wide phenomenon.

We should be appalled at how so few people have so much influence over our future.
