Betty007 I agree with you 100%.I have never in my life heard of anyone in the state of Texas getting out on a PR bond with the type of felony charges that Ratcliff has.

I think it is about time to take a good long look at Ratcliff!!!His name has come up TOO many times in the past in relation to violent crimes. I am not saying he is guilty, but, he should have to answer to why his name comes up so much relating to crimes in, and around Victoria. And then, there is the personal recognizance bond, give me a break, this man is accused of very horrendous crimes and he is roaming the streets!!!
