Since curiousgeorge has yet to return I am going to assume that they meant another murder case being delayed !!??
At least this particular one will take place in another county.
KJ1985 -- nice reply to curiousgeorge... but I, too, am wondering what that "global warming" response was about???

KJ1985,
>"When is Curious George going to blame Steve Tyler for global warming?"< Was your remark supposed to be witty or what?

Wow...what a mature response. When does your school let out for the Christmas holidays?

George,
I asked the same questions regarding the Blackwell murder last week. If I remeber, that case started under the previous administration....am I right? If so, what does Opie Tyler plan on doing with that case? And when?

Link from the Houston Chronicle. Tied her up and stabbed her numerous times, left the house EMPTY HANDED.

This is indeed a tragedy. Thanks to the assistance of our local police department, the accused was apprehended and is locked up with a million dollar bond! With what our District Attorney is doing with cases stacking up, what does this mean for the Blackwell murder case? When will we see justice in that case?

How sad...the victim was so young. Well at least they should be eligible for the death penalty for this pointless crime.

Is there any reason they didn't charge the mother with aiding and abetting?

Assuming the charges are true, the good news is, we got a murderer off the street. Kudos the all the agencies involving in this arrest.
Yes, thank God it's not our county! It would just be added to the pile!

It is a darn good thing that this murder trial will take place in Fort Bend County! Our D A, more-than-likely would not accept the paperwork and . . well, you know the drill . . . again, a criminal would walk free. Thank you Sgt. Gamez for a job well done!
