Perhaps Obama should consult with his bomb expert friend Bill Ayers about this. Altho some of Ayers friends evidently weren't too pretty good at bomb construction. Blew thhemselves up trying to make a bomb. "Hey Charley does this red wire go on contact one or two?" Wrong answer BOOM Good riddance to bad cess.

mike posted yesterday Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but not their own facts.........Daniel Patrick Moynihan

mike evidently was not paying attention to this when he posted the following which is NOT a fact .

Yesterday John Bolton (former recess appointed ambassador to the UN) told Fox News that Bush would bomb Iran, before he left office.

What Bolton actually said
In a Fox News interview this afternoon, former UN Ambassador John Bolton discussed his desire to bomb camps inside Iran that are reportedly training and arming Shiite insurgents who fight in Iraq. Fox host Martha McCallum asked,

“Can you imagine a scenario where President Bush would do that before the end of his term?” Bolton responded, “I think so, definitely.”

He added later, “This is entirely responsible on our part

Imagining a scenario where President Bush would do that before the end of his term is a long way from saying"Bush would bonb Iran"

Was mike's incorrect misleading statement a lie on his part or just evidence of a little "accidental misreading"?

In the same message mike also posted “Of course Seymour Hersh (New Yorker columnist) has been warning us for years.”
As usual mike didn’t provide a link to Hersh’s alleged statement A Google serch turned up this little quote concerning Hersh’s views about who was favoring bombing Iran

Jon Weiner on Huffington Post says When I asked Hersh who wants to bomb Iran, he said, "Ironically there is a lot of pressure coming from Democrats. Hillary Clinton, Obama, have all said we cannot have a nuclear-armed Iran. Clearly the pressure from Democrats is a reflection of - we might as well say it - Israeli and Jewish input." He added the obvious: "a lot of money comes to the Democratic campaigns" from Jewish contributors.

Barack Hussein Obama is a tactic that the right wing will use to scare off potential voters.Hussein is a revered name in the Muslim world. My doctor is Muslim, whom I have a lot of respect for. This is where the 14% that genuinely think Mr. Obama is a Muslim  get their information from. Even though he is a Christian, why should it matter if he was a Muslim. We are not at war with the Muslims.

What Barack Hussein Obama actually said."I understand that (Pakistan) President Musharraf has his own challenges. But let me make this clear. There are terrorists holed up in those mountains who murdered 3,000 Americans. They are plotting to strike again. It was a terrible mistake to fail to act when we had a chance to take out an al-Qaida leadership meeting in 2005. If we have actionable intelligence about high-value terrorist targets and President Musharraf won't act, we will.

First he never used the word bomb.

Second Barack Hussein Obama was way ahead of the game…One most keep abreast.

March 27th, 2008Americans start asking about Predators in PakistanPosted by: Myra MacDonaldA story in the Washington Post “U.S. Steps Up Unilateral Strikes in Pakistan has attracted attention worldwide. It says the United States has escalated its unilateral strikes against al-Qaeda members and fighters operating in Pakistan’s tribal areas, partly because of anxieties that Pakistan’s new leaders will insist on scaling back military operations there.

And Barack Hussein said he would bomb Pakistan.

Let's see IF Bush bombs Iran, and I don't think he will, he will bomb a country whose policy is to kill American soldiers. If Obama gets in office he will bomb an ally who is allowing us to fly over the country to attend our operations in Afghanistan.

Yeah, that is a Democrat thinking process nowadays. Hope people are more intelligent not to vote for the immature rookie.

One part of this article, same as when the original story ran.. really gets to the heart of things in the Middle East.

"the government changed its account and said the explosion was an accident caused by ammunition leftover from a recent military exhibition in the mosque."

It doesn't matter whether the explosion was due to an accident or a bomb.. the question that everyone keeps missing is this....

WHISKEY
TANGO
FOXTROT
on why in the hell is there a military exhibit in a supposedly peaceful mosque?

and then along comes Mike making ignorant accusations and allusions that it was Bush that bombed them... yea right..
tell another one Pinocchio. Your nose is growing.

This is a new low even for the I hate Bush crowd. Distorsion of what Bolton actually said and vague references with no link to two others.

mike posted this twisted version of what John Bolton said
Yesterday John Bolton (former recess appointed ambassador to the UN) told Fox News that Bush would bomb Iran, before he left office. Earlier this year, CIA operative Bob Baeir said the same thing. Of course Seymour Hersh (New Yorker columnist) has been warning us for years. The Defense Department denies this, but everyone is aware of their reputation. Whatever happened to that bill requiring the administration to come to Congress before taking military action on Iran?

Why didn't mike give us the exact quotes from Bolton They are easily available

What did Bob Baeir actually say about this? Got a link? I can find nothing about this man.

What did Hersh actually say ? Got a link?
One reportJon Weiner on Huffington Post says When I asked Hersh who wants to bomb Iran, he said, "Ironically there is a lot of pressure coming from Democrats. He added the obvious: "a lot of money comes to the Democratic campaigns" from Jewish contributors.
