The Sacred Heart Parish Spring Picnic is featuring an “all you can eat” dinner consisting of country fried chicken, stew, and homemade cornbread dressing with all the trimmings. Meals for adults are $7.00 and meals for the children are $4.00. The picnic meal will be served from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in the hall and drive-thru from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
 
Advance tickets are available for drive through-to-go plates at the Sacred Heart Rectory, Hoffer’s Drive In, or Morton’s Drive In.
 
Activities run all day and include an auction beginning at 1:00 p.m. featuring antiques, cattle, handmade quilts, arts and crafts, and numerous other items.
 
Other activities include kiddie rides, bingo with many prizes in the air-conditioned KC Hall from noon to 4:00 p.m., a cake walk, country store, game booths, horseshoe pitching (2:00 p.m.) and washer pitching (5:00 p.m.) tourneys. Hungry and thirsty? Hamburgers, french fries, popcorn, nachos, snow-cones, funnel cakes, tractor-churned ice cream, and lots of cold drinks will be served all afternoon.
 
An open biergarten provides polka and country-western music with the J & S Playboys on the Main Pavilion from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Tony Janak’s Polka Band and Leroy Rybak Polka Bank featuring Chris Rybak on the Polka Pavilion-Biergarten from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – ALL FREE.
 
Free Karaoke will be featured from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. inside the KC Hall. Come and see if you have what it takes to sing and hear the cheering from the crowd.
